One of several quarto editions printed for Verard with the same collation.
Printed partly with the typographical material of A. Caillaut (81B with looped d).
Attributed by Isaac to Pierre Le Dru, but the types do not correspond.
Sheets c–e g i k q–z are printed in Caillaut’s 81B with large uncial initials; sheets a b f h l–p are printed in a plain version of the batarde with strapwork initials and small uncials.
It is possible that this edition was shared beteen two printers or that the copy is made up of mixed sheets.
