Edition costs shared with P. Gaudoul and B. Aubry (Imprimeurs parisiens); some copies have Gaudoul’s name and address on the title page.
Listed by Isaac under P. Lambert, who was a bookseller, not a printer.
French STC gives Aubry as the printer.
Preliminary letter by Peter Phoenix as editor probably copied from the earlier edition of 1513 (Inventaire chronologique 1513, no. 669) as it states that he was commissioned to produce the edition by Jean Petit.
