La Vacherie, Pierre de.
Le gouvernement des trois estatz du temps qui court.
[Paris]: [Colophon:] Imprime a paris. [pr. by G. Cousteau?], [c. 1510–1513?].
8°: a–d⁸.
Printed in Paris, possibly printed with the material of Antoine Verard as used by Gillet Cousteau.
The colophon has the full form: ‘imprime a paris. Et est permis au facteur dicelluy nomme pierre de la vacherie le faire imprimer. ... Et a este acheue le. xvii. iour de auril mil cinq cens et dix.’; it is not clear whether this is an explicit rather than a colophon date; the date of the typographical material seems to be later than 1510 and the absence of Verard’s name suggests that it might have been produced after his death.
Privilege for six months.
There is another edition of 1510 produced by Trepperel (Inventaire chronologique 1510, no. 137).
Signature pattern: ‘$i’–‘$ii’.
Catchword pattern: none.
